About the Manor Park Citizens Association

The Manor Park Citizens Association (MPCA) seeks to promote a strong sense of community, including through service activities and social events; provide leadership and advocacy on local issues, based on community input; share information affecting the neighborhood, emphasizing inclusion and accessibility; and preserve and enhance the neighborhood’s unique character.

The MPCA was established in 1923. The Manor Park neighborhood includes those residing between Aspen Street to the north, North Capitol / Blair to the east, Missouri Avenue to the south, and Georgia Avenue to the west. (Please see the map below.)

The MPCA meets the third Sunday of the month, from 4:00-5:30 p.m. at Albright Memorial Church (4th & Rittenhouse Street, NW), excluding August. If you are a neighbor interested in becoming involved, please send us an email or message.
